Charles S. Lucero graduated from the University of Montana in 1980 with a Bachelors Degree (High Honors) and the University of Montana Law School in 1983.
After graduating from law school, Charles S. Lucero worked as a Deputy County Attorney for Cascade County, for an insurance defense law firm and has worked as a Plaintiffs' attorney for the past 31 years. He is admitted to practice before the Montana State and Federal District Courts, the Montana Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Blackfeet Tribal Court and the Rocky Boy's Tribal Court. Charles S. Lucero has represented Montanans with claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, nursing home negligence, products liability and insurance bad faith.
